Hollin Tree is a friendly, family run Guest House situated on the outskirts of Ingleton Village within easy reach of the picturesque waterfalls walk and village centre.

Hollin Tree is a detached, stone-built house dating back to the 1700's and has been established as a Guest House since 1903.

Margaret, John and family have been welcoming guests since 1986, with a short break in the early nineties to create a new conservatory/breakfast room and refurbish the bedrooms.

Accommodation consists of three double/twin bedrooms with en-suite available, all with central heating, colour televisions, hairdryers and tea and coffee making facilities.

Separate visitors' TV lounge, private car park and a garage where motorbikes/bicycles can be secured over-night. Vegetarian breakfasts and packed lunches are available on request.

We are an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area, whatever your interests. You will find plenty to do, including walking the fells, visiting the local caves, perhaps take a trip on the famous Settle-Carlisle Railway or if you prefer, a leisurely drive to the Lake District which is only 27 miles away.
